Cocktail 2 Songs: Inside the 2026 Soundtrack

Cocktail 2, the 2026 sequel directed by Homi Adajania and starring Shahid Kapoor, Kriti Sanon and Rashmika Mandanna, arrived on 19 June 2026 with one of the most anticipated Bollywood soundtracks of the year. The reason is simple: composer Pritam is back, fourteen years after scoring the original Cocktail in 2012.

A 10-track album built around the voices of the moment

The Cocktail 2 album runs to ten tracks and pulls in a deep roster of singers — Sunidhi Chauhan, Shilpa Rao, Harrdy Sandhu and more — across party numbers and ballads. Released by Universal Music India, it is designed to do what the first film's music did: live well beyond the cinema.

The headliner: "Leher"

The soundtrack's emotional centrepiece is Leher, sung by Arijit Singh. The title means "wave" in Hindi, and the song uses that image for the way love arrives and builds — a soft, restrained ballad that lets the melody carry the ache. It is the kind of song that tends to outlast the film it came from.

A trio reunion

"Leher" reunites Arijit Singh with Pritam and lyricist Amitabh Bhattacharya — the same team responsible for "Channa Mereya", "Ae Dil Hai Mushkil" and "Kesariya". Pritam's full-circle moment

There is a neat symmetry to Pritam scoring both Cocktail films.
