Who is Hommie Dilliwala?

Hommie Dilliwala, whose real name is Swastik Sakhuja, is an Indian rapper, lyricist and music producer best known for his collaborations with Yo Yo Honey Singh. The stage name reads literally as "Hommie from Delhi", and that Delhi hip-hop identity sits at the centre of his work — street-leaning Hindi-Punjabi writing built for trap and bhangra-rap production.

Career

Dilliwala emerged in 2020, the year his single "Jingle Bell" gave him an early hit and put his name in front of a mainstream audience. He quickly became a recurring writing and performing partner in Honey Singh's circle, contributing to high-profile singles including "Loca", one of the biggest Indian releases of 2020.
