B Praak built his name on intense, tearful love songs delivered in a raw, full-throated voice. His hits include "Mann Bharrya", "Filhaal", "Qismat", "Dil Tod Ke" and the patriotic "Teri Mitti" from Kesari, for which he won a National Film Award.
